The project
The flagship destination of Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a PIF company, at the Eastern Ring Road and King Abdullah Road in Riyadh — ten entertainment zones around a central indoor atrium, including the world's first Transformers experience, an indoor skydiving chamber and a hubless Ferris wheel.
What we delivered
- Complete Simplex addressable fire alarm network across ~168,000 m², two levels and basement parking.
- Zone-by-zone detection across the central atrium and the thrill, festive, wonder, wellness and food districts.
- High-ceiling detection strategy for the atrium and attraction volumes, coordinated with smoke management.
- Full installation of loop wiring, containment, isolators, interface modules, detectors, call points and notification appliances.
- Cause-and-effect with smoke control, HVAC and damper shutdown, stair pressurisation, lift homing, door release, ride-stop interfaces and BMS.
- Testing, Civil Defence approval, as-built documents, O&M manuals and operator training.
