2. What we collect
- Enquiries and quotations: your name, company, email, phone and your message
- Orders and customer accounts: your name, email, phone, delivery address and order history
- Payments: the payment result from our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card number
- Website use: technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to run and protect the website, and cookies (see below)

- To answer your enquiries and prepare quotations
- To process, deliver and invoice your orders
- To provide customer service and warranty support
- To meet our legal duties, for example VAT and accounting records
- To keep the website and our systems secure
- To send you news or offers, only if you have agreed to it
4. Legal basis
We process your personal data with your consent, to perform a contract or order with you, to meet a legal obligation, or where it is needed for our legitimate interests such as security, as allowed by the Personal Data Protection Law.
5. Who we share it with
- Delivery companies, to deliver your order
- Moyasar, our payment gateway, to process your payment
- Our IT service providers: website and business system hosting, Cloudflare for website security, and Google for email
- Government authorities, when the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Where it is stored
Our website and business system run on servers of our hosting provider in Europe, and our email is provided by Google. This means your data may be transferred outside the Kingdom. We do this only as allowed by the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, and our providers protect the data with security measures.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Saudi law.
8. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and regular backups.
