Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation
Simplex addressable fire detection, phased voice evacuation and cause-and-effect engineered for Civil Defence approval.
Fire detection that protects people, assets and approvals
Fire safety begins with detection — from sensors, initiating devices and annunciators to fully networked control panels. We deliver Simplex addressable fire alarm systems, a world leader in fire detection for more than 50 years, with installations in Saudi Arabia still in service after four decades.
Our engineers design, supply, install, program and commission complete systems for hospitals, towers, hotels, government compounds and entertainment venues, and support them through Civil Defence inspection and handover.
What is included
Networked addressable panels
Distributed panels along the riser, loop segmentation and isolators for survivability in high-rise buildings.
Voice evacuation (PAVA)
Phased evacuation — alarm floor, floor above and below — with multilingual messages and distributed amplifiers.
Horizontal evacuation for hospitals
Compartment-by-compartment speaker circuits so patients are moved sideways to safety instead of down the stairs.
Cause-and-effect engineering
Lift homing, stair pressurisation, AHU and smoke-control shutdown, damper control, door release and BMS interfaces.
Fire command centre
Graphical annunciation and operator interfaces at the fire command centre and reception.
Civil Defence approval
Programming support, integrated system testing, as-built documents, O&M manuals and operator training.
Gas detection and alarm systems
We also provide gas detection and alarm systems for hazardous areas, parking lots and fuel distribution centres, integrated with the fire alarm and building management systems.
Where we have delivered it
