The project
A 200-key international-brand hotel minutes from Al Masjid an-Nabawi, developed by Arbah Taiba for Real Estate Development and Investment under a management agreement with Accor, with a restaurant, lobby lounge, fitness centre and four meeting rooms.
What we delivered
- Addressable control panels, loop devices, detectors, manual call points, sounders and interface modules for guest floors, public areas and back-of-house.
- Detection for the restaurant, lobby lounge, fitness centre, meeting rooms, kitchen and service areas.
- Site-specific programming, device addressing and point database configuration.
- Cause-and-effect programming for lift homing, AHU shutdown, stair pressurisation, door release and BMS.
- Operator interface and graphical annunciation at the fire command centre; programming support through Civil Defence inspection and handover.
