Edafah Tower — Fraser Suites

Turnkey integrated life-safety and ELV package — fire alarm, voice evacuation, CCTV, access control and fire suppression — from supply and installation through programming, testing, Civil Defence approval and commissioning.

The project

A five-star glass-clad mixed-use tower in central Riyadh with Fraser Suites serviced apartments and high-specification offices, a sixth-floor restaurant, spa, gym and roof deck with infinity pool. Main contractor Shapoorji Pallonji, consultant UCS.

What we delivered

Tyco Simplex addressable fire alarm across apartments, offices, amenity levels and back-of-house.
Voice evacuation and public address with phased logic and multilingual messages.
CCTV for entrances, lobbies, lifts, circulation, perimeter, car park and back-of-house.
Access control for entrances, tenancies, residential floors and restricted areas, released by the fire alarm in an emergency.
Fire suppression: kitchen suppression for the restaurant and clean-agent protection for electrical, IT and server rooms.
Cross-system cause-and-effect: door release, lift homing, HVAC and damper shutdown, alarm-triggered recording and BMS.
