Supply of the complete addressable fire alarm and detection package with full configuration and programming for both towers.

The project

A luxury twin-tower development on the Jeddah Corniche: a Raffles hotel of about 180 rooms and a serviced-residence tower of 188 branded residences over a shared podium with parking and retail, a 1,500 m² ballroom, a 1,200 m² spa and six restaurants and lounges.

What we delivered

Addressable panels, loop devices, detectors, call points, sounders, isolators and interface modules across both towers, the podium and basement parking.
Networked architecture serving the hotel and residence towers from one fire command centre, with independent evacuation zoning per tower.
Site-specific programming, device addressing and point database configuration for both risers.
Programming support through Civil Defence inspection, integrated testing and handover.
