The project
A prestige residential high-rise on the Jeddah Corniche facing the Red Sea: three- to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes and trophy residences on the upper floors with private loggias and terraces, plus pools, separate health clubs, a spa and more than 2,000 m² of landscaped space.
What we delivered
- Addressable panels, loop devices, detectors, call points, sounders, isolators and interface modules across all residential floors, the podium and basements.
- In-unit detection for apartments, duplexes and penthouses — heat in kitchens, smoke in living and sleeping areas.
- Detection for basement parking, drivers' rooms, plant, electrical and IT rooms and back-of-house.
- Cause-and-effect for lift homing, stair pressurisation, AHU and smoke-control shutdown, door release and BMS.
- Programming support through Civil Defence inspection, integrated testing and handover.
